Look for your order by email
We send the purchase confirmation, applicable license details, download or redemption directions, and available setup instructions electronically.
1. When delivery happens
Most orders arrive within minutes of confirmation. Payment checks, fraud screening, technical problems, or a busy order period can occasionally extend delivery to 24 hours.
2. Check your email address
Use an address you can access and check its spelling before paying. If an incorrect address prevents delivery, we may need to verify your identity or order before sending details again.
3. Finding a missing message
- Look in spam, junk, promotions, and quarantine folders.
- Search for AVHubDeals or your order number.
- Check that the payment completed.
- Allow time for an order that is still under review.
- Contact us with your order number and purchase email if you still need help.
4. After the email arrives
Delivery is complete once the order information is sent to the email address supplied. If the installation or activation instructions are unclear, ask for guidance before making repeated activation attempts.
